LeoDante Ognibene, corporate vice president of nursing operations at King of Prussia-based Recovery Centers of America, has been promoted to the position of CEO at Recovery Centers of America at Raritan Bay, writes Dawn Furnas for NJBIZ.

Ognibene will be in charge of day-to-day operations at the addiction treatment facility in South Amboy, which covers northern New Jersey and southern New York state. He will oversee all aspects of the facility, including inpatient and outpatient services.

Ognibene joined Recovery Centers of America, which owns ten treatment centers on the East Coast and in the Midwest, with an eleventh on the way, in 2019 as the corporate director of nursing. In his position as vice president, he directed the daily operations of ten inpatient acute facilities along with four medication-assisted treatment locations.

“My extensive experience across the healthcare spectrum, including in acute care, behavioral health, and substance use disorder settings, has prepared me to meet both the center’s operational goals and RCA’s standard of excellence,” said Ognibene, who earned his bachelor’s in nursing from Thomas Edison State University.
