Kids in Abington Township can get free lunches this summer starting Monday, June 26, writes Max Bennett for Patch.
The program, the township’s 2023 Summer Youth Program, is for any Abington resident up to 18 years old.
The free lunches will be available on weekdays from 11:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m., except for July 4, at the Crestmont Park Clubhouse in Willow Grove.
No registration or identification is needed to get free lunches all summer. The program will run until August 18.
The township is also partnering again with the Abington Township Public Library and the Abington Police Department Community Policing Division to provide fun family activities and resources while school is on break.
