King of Prussia-based Cork & Candles is opening a second location in downtown Philadelphia, writes Ben Silver for Main Line Today.

Kenny Straub and his father, Dave, have been running their successful King of Prussia business for two years now and their goal is to eventually have over 100 Cork & Candles franchised out across the northeast U.S.

Cork & Candles offers a 90-minuted, BYOB candle-making experience. Guests can choose from over 70 different scents to make their own candle creation while enjoying wine and conversation with friends, family or even business partners.

“Candle making is just a medium for spending quality time together,” Straub said.

You can also choose from the shop’s pre-made candles as well. They come in all shapes, with some candles even resembling bowls of cereal.

The new location is at 1315 Walnut St. in Philadelphia.
