On May 7, King of Prussia District and Presenting Sponsor SERVPRO of King of Prussia celebrated the end of the 2023 KOP Restaurant Week and KOP Shops for CHOP campaign with a block party that brought approximately 1,500 people to the King of Prussia Town Center.

The free event concluded with a record-breaking campaign donation to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) on behalf of the 77 restaurants, retailers, sponsors and other businesses that participated in the eighth annual dining and shopping event in March.

The sum totaled $76,187, up more than 10 percent from the 2022 campaign donation.

In nine years, KOP Restaurant Week and KOP Shops for CHOP has now raised $366,311 for CHOP’s King of Prussia Campus, which includes its Middleman Family Pavilion and CHOP Specialty and Urgent Care Centers.

“King of Prussia Restaurant Week and KOP Shops for CHOP are perfect examples of how this community works together to rally behind an important institution that touches the lives of so many,” said Eric Goldstein, President & CEO of King of Prussia District. “We are grateful for all who dined, shopped and donated through this campaign and helped us break our record from last year.”
