Normandy Farm has the perfect gift for the hardworking mom this Mother’s Day. Guests can treat their mothers to a feast on Sunday, May 14.  

The Normandy Brunch Buffet will take place in the Grand Ballroom from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The robust brunch buffet features house-made pastries and made-to-order pancakes and waffles.

For moms who are looking for something more savory, carved filet, shrimp cocktail, an oyster bar, soups, and salads are all available. Child-friendly options are available. 

Delectable desserts will be served by the executive pastry chef. The menu features chocolate dipped vanilla madeleines, French macarons, flourless chocolate tortes, strawberry shortcake Swiss rolls, seasonal cheesecake, and a donut wall, to name a few.  

A complimentary glass of champagne will be given to all moms.  

For a fine dining experience, “the farmer’s daughter” is hosting a five-course prix fixe dinner. The meal begins with a farmstead cheeseboard for the table to share. Guests can choose from a soup course, a salad course followed by lemon intermezzo.  

Entrées vary from Sesame Seed Crusted Scallops, Filet Mignon, Lobster Carbonara, Grilled Pork Chop, Coconut Polenta, Chickpea Ragu and more.  

The special meal ends with a decadent dessert sure to satisfy Mom’s sweet tooth.
