Newsweek has recognized Conshohocken-based David’s Bridal as one of America’s Best Retailers of 2022 in the bridal retail category.

The prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista, whose methodology ensures the highest quality and validity of rankings. The results are based on the findings of an independent survey of 150,000 customers who have shopped in-person at retail stores over the past three years.

As a result, David’s Bridal has been receiving world-class Net Promoter Scores each month. This metric asks customers how willing they would be to recommend a company, product, or service to someone else.

The retailer has also recently unveiled several innovative solutions to improve the customer shopping journey. These include the Guaranteed in Stock Bridesmaids collection, a comprehensive mobile planning app, and 24/7 customer service.
