Coordinator of Co-curricular Programs

This position will coordinate events, conduct programs, and plan student activities designed for domestic and international graduate students. He/she will provide quality co-curricular programming and student support to create and enhance a vibrant and diverse student community.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. He/she should have experience working with a diverse student body and will have excellent communication, organizational, and team-oriented skills, in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires regular communication with students, faculty, staff, and community members. Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a proven track record of working effectively within a team environment are a must.

Research Technologist 3

This position will lead the development and execution of machine learning models and analyze and synthesize findings from multiple research projects. This support includes collecting, cleaning, and aggregating potentially large, high-dimensional training and testing data; conceptualizing and building machine learning models using these data sets; executing these models at scale in cloud or high-performance computing environment; and analyzing their results for statistical significance.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or higher plus four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three to five years of experience with big data and machine learning technologies and high-performance computing is preferred. He/she must be able to work independently while ensuring quality and integrity of research results.
