Healthcare consulting firm ProspHire has shouldered its way into the active Montgomery County healthcare/financial services industry. The Pittsburgh firm, only seven years old, has crossed the state to establish a King of Prussia site. Paul J. Gough’s Pittsburgh Business Times story on the expansion is prescribed reading for industry watchers.

ProspHire was founded by Chris and Lauren Miladinovich in 2015 out of their basement. Market needs for the advisory services it offers to health insurance firms quickly fueled growth.

Its rising status precipitated several high-profile distinctions, including spots on Inc. 5000 list and a nod as best modern healthcare places to work, an honor that came after it established a more traditional workspace.

From 2020–2021, earnings shot from $10.4 million to $13.7 million.

The client base is beginning to have a wider reach, which inspired the presence here at 610 Freedom Business Center Drive. That office has 3,500 sq. ft. occupied by 12 employees.

“What drove the Philadelphia expansion is being able to serve our clients,” Chris Miladinovich said. “We’re still growing that market; it’s a great market for talent.”

Beyond the 19406 ZIP Code, the company is scouting locations to serve clients in Austin and Detroit.
