The Sept. 27 Careers of Tomorrow Expo connects area students with places of possible employment.

The Oct. 25 Careers of Tomorrow Expo is an opportunity for students in late middle- and high school to explore 100 of the many career paths that lie before them.

Best, local business entities seeking connection with the secondary education class of 2026 can still participate.

The event will fill the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks with exhibitors designated as the county’s economic drivers. They will promote careers in areas that include manufacturing, the building trades, healthcare, energy, tech, social assistance, IT, and public service.

“The goal of The Careers of Tomorrow Expo is primarily to refocus career awareness efforts around critical industries,” said Jennifer Butler, Executive Director of MontcoWorks, a co-organizer with the Montgomery County Commerce Dept.

She continued, “The announcement, planning, and implementation of this event will also be an energizing way for our employers, educators, and students to look to a bright future here in Montco.”

The local business community’s input is being asked to provide resources for onsite activities. Targeted are items for raffles, swag-bag inserts, and any kind of interactive engagement for the young attendees.

More information on this latter request is available from Butler, who can be contacted via email.

Registration info (and additional detail on getting involved) is online.
