The Oldies.com building in West Conshohocken that is used by its current owners to store and distribute vinyl records, compact discs, DVDs, and other collectibles, has been put up for sale amid a hot industrial market, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The property at 60 Portland Road is highly visible from the Blue Route and known for the hard-to-miss moniker emblazoned across the structure.

The company has decided that the 52,000-square-foot building has become too large for its needs as it now only requires between 5,000 and 10,000 square feet for its operations.

“It’s a great time to sell an industrial asset and we’re going to test the market,” said Justin Bell, a broker with Newmark who has the listing.

The Oldies.com property consists of three acres that are zoned heavy industrial. The building was constructed by Archibald Allan Associates in 1988.

While Bell declined to give an estimated sale price, he said he expects to see the property “trade for a very large number.”

“There is nothing else available like this and it is a rare opportunity for someone to acquire a high bay industrial building with amazing visibility,” he added.
