Pottstown’s Cutillo’s Goes Up for Sale at 3.6M and Pennoni Associates Moving Into King of Prussia Office Space

Montgomery County real estate deals are ramping up as Spring begins, with two major deals inked in Pottstown and King of Prussia, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The famous Pottstown eatery, Cutillo’s at the Sanatoga Inn, is up for sale. This restaurant, located at 2688 E. High Street, has been a landmark in the Montco area for over 75 years. The owners retired earlier this year and listed the 27,361-square-foot restaurant with a newly renovated bar and lounge, with Continental Realty. It is listed for sale at 3.6 million and includes a much sought-after liquor license, 30 apartments, and the well-known 15,000-square-foot restaurant.

In King of Prussia, engineering firm Pennoni Associates inked a lease for 5 years at 3100 Horizon Drive for 15,000 sqft. The landlord, Breyermere Holding LLC, was represented by Mitch Russell, Jeff Mack, and Thomas McDugall of Newmark, with the new occupant represented by Arlington Real Estate Group, with Frank O’Neill.

In Philadelphia, world champion Norristown kickboxer Randall Pogue and owner of 10 Hands Fight Sports has leased a 12,500 sqft office building at 1900 Market Street.
