Executive Assistant

This position will support the CFO and assist in coordinating the finance operational calendar, organize meetings, and manage the executive’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Concur, and Salesforce systems; and a strong ability to communicate confidently, both written and verbally, and build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Front-End JavaScript Web Developer

This position will function as a client’s advisor and foremost developer of visual analytics and master of visualization and information design. He/she will connect the customer’s data and create actionable visualizations and libraries for end-users to rely on for their day-to-day business decisions. This person’s technical and analytical expertise will nurture customers to drive adoption and repeat purchases.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in software implementation and/or front-end development and be an expert in JavaScript development (ES5/ES6); experience working with QlikView, Qlik Sense, or other business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) or passion for learning the Qlik core-product platform; and previous client-facing experience.

Customer Success Manager

This position is responsible for becoming an expert in customer use cases, needs, and business outcomes to proactively identify how Qlik’s products, services, and value proposition can best drive and support customers’ objectives. He/she will develop an understanding of Qlik products and services to provide value-added advice to customer stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (a master’s degree is a plus); at least five years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar, and 10-plus years of relative business experience; and general knowledge of/experience in the SaaS/Software industry, with the ability to learn about and understand enterprise software products and business solutions.
