Charming Conshohocken three-bedroom townhome that offers a perfect combination of beauty and convenience has hit the market for $515,000, writes Paul Jablow for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

When they were first looking at the home in 2018, current owners Aditi and Sakaya Mohapatra, who are moving to San Francisco Bay Area for a job opportunity, especially liked Conshohocken’s central location.

“Every place is 30 minutes from here,” said Aditi, including the King of Prussia Mall and Center City.

They also liked that there was an office right off the primary bedroom, which made working from home during the pandemic especially convenient for the couple.

The pair even added a second office in the finished basement that is also home to a gym area and a second living room.

The home boasts an open floor plan and total square footage of 2,211. Among the many highlights is the recently renovated kitchen with white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The primary bedroom on the second level features a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and private office/nursery.

Additionally, the owners have made many updates since they moved in, including installing a new water heater and a new gutter system.
