For his new show, QuotaPath CEO AJ Bruno aims to take executives out of their comfort zones and have them talk authentically about how they have been successful in their careers—by taking them airborne from Wings Field in Blue Bell in his Beechcraft Baron 58, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new online series “Value Props” is set to premiere in December and is described as being similar to “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee,” but for people working in sales.

“One of the things with ‘Value Props’ is that we’re doing it in an environment that’s probably going to be uncomfortable for that person,” said Bruno. “And that’s perfect because sales is all about working outside your comfort zone.”

The show has already lined up its first three guests, including Steve Barsh, DreamIt Ventures managing director, Joe Levy, Dataminr director of strategic accounts, and Danish Dhamani, co-founder and CEO of Orai.

Future guests will continue to include CEOs, vice presidents of sales, and revenue operation managers. Bruno is planning to expand his show to Boston and New York, among other places.
