Montgomeryville-based industrial real estate developer and property manager, Nappen & Associates, is pleased to announce its newest tenant, Unique Furniture.

The lease was executed thanks to the tireless efforts of Vice President of Leasing at Nappen & Associates, Tracy Flissar.

The Danish-based furniture company, Unique Furniture, signed a lease with Nappen & Associates for a 31,250 square foot industrial facility, located in the Milford Gateway Business Center in Quakertown, PA.

The state-of-the-art facility comes equipped with four tailgates, one drive-in door, and a 33-foot ceiling height. 93,750 square feet of this industrial facility still remains available to prospective tenants.
