The business combines two things Fay is passionate about in one welcoming space.

“My past years in the hospitality industry have given me the opportunity to learn that my passion is creating spaces for customers to gather and bond over a good something to eat or drink,” said Fay.

The menu at the combo shop includes some of the local favorites, including Kismet Bagels and Reanimator Coffee.

Up to Eleven has standard counter service and can seat around 30 people in its indoor and outdoor spaces.

The store also offers a complete line of electric bikes. In addition, a knowledgeable salesperson is always on hand to help customers find what will best suit their needs.

The main goal of the space is to welcome people who are not expert cyclists but are interested in learning about electric bikes in a relaxed atmosphere without intimidation.
