The countdown to Citadel Country Spirit USA has begun.

If you still haven’t purchased your ticket for the three-day event, which begins Friday, Aug. 27, there’s no better time than now.

Heralded as a Great American Festival Experience and held on Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show Grounds in Glenmoore, Citadel Country Spirit USA features 20 country music acts performing live music on two stages – 14 nationally recognized artists on the GMC Sierra Stage and popular up-and-comers on the Citadel Rising Star Stage.

This year’s headliners are Brantley Gilbert, Miranda Lambert, and Chris Young.

There is a slightly different layout as well as some changes upon entry. Festival officials have restricted the capacity of seating sections and moved some infrastructure to create more open space for the audience to spread out and social distance.

They have also adjusted the location of the third video wall to allow fans who want to avoid the crowds another way to have a “front-row seat” while enjoying the festival atmosphere.

Security wands will no longer be used to check guests upon entry into the venue.

Officials have invested in touchless scanning systems for both security and admission processes, so arrive with your ticket ready and be prepared to follow the directions of staff when you arrive.

They are also instituting a clear bag policy to reduce staff’s need to handle your property. Please see the FAQs for a full list of permissible and non-permissible items that will be allowed at the event.

Staff and volunteers will be wearing masks to enhance safety, and masks will be required for shuttle patrons while riding on shuttles.

While there is no mask requirement at the venue, there will be special event masks available at the merchandise tent, as well as some generic masks available at various points throughout the venue.
