Director of Alumni & Parent Engagement

This position will be responsible for the planning, implementation, development, and management of all aspects of alumni relations and parent engagement. He/she will strategically execute programs and engagement strategies for alumni and parent constituents with the goal to increase participation, foster lifelong connections, and develop a causeway to philanthropic investment.

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in institutional advancement, alumni relations, event planning, and/or program management. He/she must be able to implement and evaluate innovative, result-orientated programs.

Director of Student Engagement & Leadership

This position works to foster a vibrant campus environment that offers opportunities for engagement and leadership formation for a diverse group of students; supervises professional, graduate, and student staff; and manages associated budgets, advises student government, and leads efforts around student leadership formation and diversity programming.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Counseling, or a related field; five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in higher education; and evidence of the ability to collaborate with various constituencies.

Data Business Analyst

This position’s responsibilities include developing, documenting, and implementing reporting databases and data views, dashboards, data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency. He/she will be required to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science or a related field), a minimum of five years of managing data in complex environments, and experience with higher education support services.
