The Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area is giving the community something to laugh about by partnering with Royersford comedy club at SoulJoel’s for a Schuylkill River Trail fundraiser.

Cyclists, area residents, and anyone who wants to support the regional trail with a fun time are invited to attend the comedy show fundraiser. It’s Thursday, April 29, 2021, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

The SoulJoel’s Comedy Club & Lounge is located at 155 Railroad Plaza in Royersford, and the show will take place in an outdoor dome. Attendees will remain socially distanced in their own pods.

The headliner will be comedian Jason Salmon. He’s performed all over the U.S. and abroad. His standup album, “Force of Nurture” debuted at #1 on iTunes.

Salmon is also the actor/writer/creator of the Comedy Central series, “A Cowboy Explains…”

The comedy show is a great idea for date night, a night on the town with friends, or just to have fun. The event asks you to bring your own chair, food, and drinks! Attendees must be 15 years or older.
