AFS has been using experience-based learning within the Center for Experiential Learning, which they believe imparts knowledge directly to their students and makes learning fun and interactive.

Rooted in the Quaker belief that experience is a student’s most powerful teacher and driven by the core Quaker values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equity, and stewardship, the Center fosters opportunities to connect with people, places and ideas

These experiences cultivate inquisitive learners who understand their personal obligation to the global community and are prepared to engage with the world.

Within the powerful academics offered at AFS, they want you and your child to get to know some of the specialty programs offered in business, medicine, farming, cooking, and law. All through the Center for Experiential Learning, which creates opportunities for intellectual, personal and creative growth through engagement and action.

AFS offers a joyful community, interactive and experiential learning, full arts and athletic programs, student enrichment, and community events, and so much more. They can’t wait to be on this journey with your family for the 2021-2022 school year.
