We all say Thanksgiving is about the turkey…but really, it’s all about the PIE. These are just a few of our favorite bakeries in Montgomery County that bake up the best.
Clara’s Custom Cakes (located at 130 West Main Street in Collegeville, 484-854-0080) focuses on extraordinary cakes and pies for the customer who knows their desserts. Call for some delicious holiday rolls like pumpkin, cakes, and pies for your Thanksgiving table.
Beverly’s Pastry Shop (located at 322 E. High Street in Pottstown) is taking orders via email: send an email with what you would like. There’s a huge array to choose from; classic pies like cherry, blueberry, apple, or pumpkin; specialty pies like bourbon pecan, chocolate silk, salted caramel apple crumb, and chocolate peanut butter. They are also offering cakes, both gluten-free and regular; cupcakes in GF, vegan, and regular; cheesecakes with a variety of flavors, and dessert shot glasses like strawberry cheesecake and key lime. Gluten-free shot glasses and pumpkin rolls also available. If you need fresh rolls and buns to accompany your Thanksgiving meal, Beverly’s has them too. Corropolese Bakery has got pies for your holiday! Order ahead and pick up on Thanksgiving. Coconut custard, pumpkin, cherry, apple, apple crumb, caramel apple walnut, peach, pecan, blueberry, Boston cream, chocolate mousse, and lemon meringue are available to order. They also have a fun Thanksgiving Turkey Cupcake Cake (Feeds 16, and is available at Audubon location only) and a yummy Thanksgiving Cookie (12” Cookie is available at all locations). Ordering ahead is recommended, and they will be open Thanksgiving 9am-1pm.

Kriebel’s Bakery Café (located at 3140 Ridge Pike in Eagleville, 484-679-1406) has pies for your Thanksgiving dinner. Call for your reservation of delicious pies, they have a wide varieties of great desserts.
