A historic farmhouse with three bedrooms and two full and one-half bathrooms is available for sale in Bryn Mawr, writes Paul Jablow for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The home is located on a beautiful, secluded 1.58-acre lot with a stream running around the property.

Current owners, Jenna Fulton and Rob Meisner, purchased the property four years ago and have especially enjoyed “the wooded setting and the history of the house,” said Meisner.

Since moving in, the pair has upgraded the main bath and kitchen and added a detached two-car garage, along with other improvements.

The kitchen is just one of the highlights of the residence, with its reclaimed barn, random-width cypress floors, new appliances, and flexible open floor plan.

The second floor is home to the main suite with bathroom and a walk-in closet adjoined by a sitting area. This level also features two more bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and an office.

Meanwhile, the finished lower level offers additional space that can be used as an exercise room, playroom, or for other purposes.
