Caregiver

A Caregiver provides clients the various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Personal Care includes providing assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skincare, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane), change of position, with toileting, commode, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding.

Companion/Sitter/Household Management includes providing companionship and respite services for family; and performing homemaking activities such as cleaning.

Administrative Assistant

An Administrative Assistant provides clerical support including typing correspondence, reports, and documents; maintains filing systems and office supply inventory; assists with the billing and hiring processes; performs job in compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as community and professional standards; and communicates necessary information to Supervisor and management team to ensure coordination of services and activities.
