Based on the information found on the county’s COVID-19 website, here is a snapshot of the spread of coronavirus across Montgomery County.

Since the last update Tuesday, Montgomery County reported 40 new cases and no new COVID-19 related death Wednesday afternoon.

As of Wednesday afternoon, Montgomery County reported 298 new coronavirus infections, an increase of 28 cases reported over the previous seven days.

While the seven day count increased, Montgomery County’s 14-day count trend continues to point downward.

The county reported 568 news cases over the last two weeks, 69 fewer cases than were reported during the previous 14 day period.

The 40 new positive cases reported over the last 24 hours, pushed the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Montgomery County to 10,351 countywide.

Of the 10,311 COVID cases, 5,449 are females and 4,841 are males.

The average age of individuals with COVID-19 across the county dropped 10 Basis points to 49.0 years-old.

No new COVID-19 death allows Montgomery County’s death toll to remain at 824 individuals.

Green Lane – Deep Creek and Snyder Road. Testing is available:

Ardmore – 114 W. Lancaster Ave. Testing is available:

Norristown – Delaware Valley Community Health Center at the Norristown Regional Health Center at 1401 Dekalb Street.

COVID-19 contact tracing efforts are ongoing and are critical to slowing the spread of the disease. The County has partnered with ACLAMO, Family Services of Montgomery County, Montgomery County OIC, and Visiting Nurses Association Community Services to help with contact tracing efforts.

Individuals who have been tested or identified as a direct contact of an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 and has received a call from any of our community partners may return the call to 610.278.5923 to find out their results or status.
