After seeing the Presidential City penthouse they now currently live in, Michel Noel and Traviss Kraisoraphong instantly fell in love with it and decided it was time to move, writes Terri Akman in The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Nearby in Bala Cynwyd is NoelSy Art in Beauty salon, which Noel is the co-owner of with Kraisoraphong and Betty Lin Sy. The couple agree that the space and amenities these apartments offer is unlike anything that could be found in the city.

Presidential City apartments allows residents to enjoy amenities such as a gym, the Sora Pool Club that’s been there since the 1950s, and two dog parks, which Noel and Kraisoraphong’s three dogs particularly enjoy along with the close proximity of Fairmount Park.

The property was originally owned and developed by John McShain whose plan was to have 48 separate towers, all named after each of the presidents. However, McShain could only build 4: Washington, Madison, Adams, and Jefferson before selling to Post Brothers who renovated the property and completed it in 2017.
