Thursday night couch concerts is one of the events included in the King of Prussia District’s KOP Quaranteam Virtual Events designed to keep the community safe and entertained during the self-distancing time.

King of Prussia District is debuting KOP Quaranteam Virtual Events, a series of events and contests that will be held online in the hopes of keeping the community safe and entertained while self-quarantining.

These events will include all-level live workouts with KOP fitness instructors and live performances by talented musicians from the region, among other things.

All the events are free and available via King of Prussia District’s Facebook page or the Zoom platform.

“We are excited to delve into the world of virtual programming, and see this as a win-win way to support local talent, while reminding the public that they can still have fun and support the KOP community while staying safe,” said Eric Goldstein, Executive Director of King of Prussia District.

The series of events will begin on April 6 and run at least through the end of the month.

Mondays are reserved for #MoveMonday, live workout sessions that will start at 6 p.m.

On Tuesdays, people are invited to join #TakeoutTuesdays to help support restaurants from home while enjoying delicious meals.

Those participating can enter to win gift cards from KOP Restaurants every week.

Finally, Thursdays are #CouchConcerts evenings from 6 to 7 p.m.
