Manager, Cardholder Support

This position manages personnel who are responsible for ongoing support of cardholder inquiries; serves as the primary day-to-day contact for the designated call center vendor; and ensures timely management of QIs and updates to centralized documentation and knowledge management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of client service experience; three to five years of management experience; experience in managing projects and in creating and managing a process-controlled environment; and expertise in using Microsoft Office software.

Verification Associate

This position performs quality review on system configurations completed internally to ensure that data is extracted accurately; ensures that client specifications are met during implementation within configurations; and establishes auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a minimum of three to four years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, including contract and/or data management experience; and a background in global clinical trial design, contracts, and budget.

Cash Payments Specialist

This position applies cash to client accounts in an accurate and timely manner; assists with process improvement efforts, including those associated with Oracle NetSuite; and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close cycles, including transactional processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; one to two years of relevant accounting experience; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle NetSuite accounting systems.
