Audubon-Based Mascaro Expands Its Corporate Quality Control Department

Audobon-based J. P. Mascaro & Sons has expanded its Corporate Customer Service Program by hiring Bryant Rowe, who reports directly to Pat Mascaro.

In an effort to supplement the effective local supervisor programs, Audobon-based J. P. Mascaro & Sons, a major provider of waste and recycling services in the Southeastern and Northeastern regions of Pennsylvania, has expanded its Corporate Customer Service Program by hiring Bryant Rowe.

Rowe will audit the work of the supervisory team at Mascaro on a “spot check” basis to ensure that a continuously high level of service exists on the company’s collection routes. He will report directly to Pat Mascaro, company President.

Mascaro said he was pleased with the heightened supervision program especially in Norristown, where the company does over 80,000 collections on a monthly basis.

“Our customers seem to welcome the additional oversight we have placed into motion,” said Mascaro. “I feel it has been well received in the local community of Norristown.”

Mascaro added that the company was built on the motto of providing the best possible service and that this is still what it is guided by.

“Our company is equipped with the resources of a major corporation, yet we maintain the focus and dedication of a local family owned business,” he said.
