The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or business; experience developing customer journey maps in pharmaceutical and/or adjacent industries; and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing insights and customer experience architecture.

Performance Analyst

This position provides analytics and reports covering investigative site operational performance; helps measure process control, mitigate operational risk, and confirms the effectiveness of process improvement; and measures performance against established operational targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in an analyst capacity; experience with drug discovery and development in a global matrix organization; and expertise in analytics, particularly technical data curation.

Solution Engineer, Senior Associate

This position modifies software to fix errors, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces; executes and directs software programming and documentation development; and consults with engineering staff to evaluate interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; knowledge of the software development life cycle; and experience working on a variety of software development projects.
