According to Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board, some of the best eateries in Montgomery County offer gluten-free meal options for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to something that is common in many food products, reports The Montco Explorer.

The Green Fork and Local Roots Market in North Wales offers several gluten-free breakfast dishes, such as their Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes and Huevos Rancheros Flatbreads.

30 Main in Berwyn also has several meals in this category, including substituting Squash Noodles in their pasta dishes.

Meanwhile, Zakes Café in Fort Washington, features plenty of delicious meals for the gluten-intolerant, including its Carrot Ginger Soup and Lemongrass Grilled Salmon with Asparagus.

Additionally Chow Bistro in Collegeville is a fun setting with plenty of options, including a Shrimp and Crabmeat Risotto.

However anyone craving some Mexican gluten-free fare should head out to Coyote Crossing Mexican Restaurant in Conshohocken. They have a specific menu with Quesadilla Coyote, among many other meals.

Alternatively Black Powder Tavern in Wayne has Mussels, Hummus, and Medjool Dates on its rich gluten-free menu, while Japanese cuisine OOKA in Montgomeryville serves up gluten-free sushi.

Finally, delicious dessert options are available at Sublime Cupcakes in Collegeville.
