MONTCO Today Launches New Initiative to Honor Montgomery County’s Millennial Superstars

By

The MONTCO Millennial Superstars initiative will honor Montgomery County’s most dynamic professionals, artists, educators, and community leaders, under the age of 40, who are shaping the county’s bright future.

Rarely a week goes by when there is not an important event – a dinner gala, networking luncheon, speaker series, workshop, seminar, golf outing, or some other cool fundraiser – being held in Montgomery County.

The calendar, no doubt, is packed with important events, but none have ever shone a spotlight on the young, often-overlooked professionals, artists, educators and community leaders on the front lines of making Montgomery County one of the Delaware Valley and America’s best places to live, work, learn, and play.

MONTCO Today is excited to fill that void.

In keeping with its mission to Celebrate the Montgomery County Experience, MONTCO Today is launching an initiative to identify and honor Montgomery County’s most dynamic people, under the age of 40, who are shaping the county’s bright future.

MONTCO Millennial Superstars is a new initiative created to fete these young professionals who are refusing to take “no” for answer as they break down walls, shatter expectations, and perform remarkable work in their profession or community.

The Philadelphia Business Journal has had a similar program, entitled 40 Under 40, for 29 years now. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and Comcast CEO Brian Roberts were among the Journal’s earliest honorees.

Who among the inaugural class of MONTCO Millennial Superstars will follow the same trajectory to the top of their respective fields?

On May 19, the MONTCO Millennial Superstars initiative will culminate with an Award Reception and Celebration at Arcadia University.

MONTCO Today is seeking sponsors for MONTCO Millennial Superstars. Join us for this exclusive opportunity to honor Montgomery County’s next generation of leaders.
