Human Resources Generalist

This position provides backup for payroll processing and maintains a working knowledge of university payroll processes and applicable laws and regulations; analyzes and maintains function of HRIS technologies; and develops internal operating procedures and controls.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience in payroll processing; a minimum of three years of experience in HRIS and/or payroll; one to two years of project management experience; and payroll processing experience in higher education.

Financial Aid Assistant

This position provides direct customer service and support to the office of financial aid; provides information about financial aid and admissions to current and prospective students and families; and reviews, prints, and mails all undergraduate financial aid award letters and revisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree effective professional communication skills; experience with core Microsoft Office software; and the ability to demonstrate respect for and engage with people of diverse backgrounds to create a stronger community.

Associate Director of Admissions and Enrollment – College of Global Studies

This position helps lead the development and implementation of a strategic plan for increasing applications and enrollments; implements process efficiencies, policies, and guidelines to enable success in meeting goals; and defines, coordinates, and communicates Salesforce projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience; five to seven years of increasing leadership experience in admissions and inquiry conversion strategies in higher education; and experience with communications flow design, market research, and data analysis.
