Fleet Coordinator – Power

This position establishes and maintains cooperative working relationships with operations, staff, and regional fleet teams; schedules equipment within the business units; and assists the regional fleet department by tracking vehicle assignment changes, releases, and transfers.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and some post-high school education; two to three years of fleet operations experience; demonstrated experience in customer service and sales; and good computer skills, including proficiency in common office applications such as Microsoft Office.

Project Manager I

This position plans, monitors, and reports project status and performance data to management and stakeholders; identifies potential stakeholder conflicts and facilitates resolution; manages risks by developing and implementing mitigation plans; and provides management guidance to associates.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business; a minimum of two years of relevant experience; experience managing large scale projects; knowledge of construction and utility industry practices; and advanced problem solving skills.

Field Engineer II

This position communicates project risks to the project manager and assists in the development of appropriate risk mitigation steps; aids in ensuring that team goals, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with company strategy; and helps manage overall project performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or business; a minimum of two years of relevant experience; exposure to construction or utility field offices; and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
