Data Steward, Manager

This position implements customer master data management best practices; supports sales, finance, and customer success operations by proactively identifying and rectifying data issues; creates, publishes, and manages documentation pertaining to customer master data; and maintains the decision log.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or information technology; a minimum of five years of data management experience; a minimum of two years of managerial experience; and working knowledge of information technology platforms and related applications.

Manager, Subscription Renewal Sales

This position manages a team of 3-7 renewal representatives focused on retaining and negotiating customers’ recurring subscription contracts; recruits, hires, onboards, coaches, and develops team members; and conducts regular renewal pipeline reviews with team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a minimum of six years of experience in subscription renewals, sales, or account management; a minimum of two years of experience in team leadership; and a demonstrated track record of leading and developing a renewals team.

Executive Assistant

This position maintains calendars and daily schedules, including fielding and prioritizing requests; organizes CSO leadership meetings, all hands meetings, and off-site meetings; manages all travel and expenses for the COO; and attends meetings and distributes action items as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and experience writing internal and external communications; experience preparing executive slide decks and presentations; and experience supporting an executive in a SaaS/enterprise software or technology company.
