Visco, who works from her Jenkintown office, began her career at Boscov’s, and quickly rose through the rank. But she wanted to work closer to home in Montgomery County, so she moved to David’s Bridal.
Later, she went into manufacturing and politics.

The company she currently runs is a three-store medical marijuana dispensary chain with locations in Sellersville, Abington, and Malvern.
Now Visco does not plan any more career changes. Currently, she is a staunch advocate of fully legalizing adult recreational use of marijuana as well as “home grow.”
