Director Information Technology, Customer Service

This position ensures that end users receive timely, courteous, and helpful assistance for service incidents and requests assigned to the IT support teams; builds and leads teams towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives; and works with external software vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a technology or clinical discipline; a minimum of ten years of experience in a technology role leading Level I and Level II service level support; and six to seven years of related work experience in the healthcare field.

Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator

This position tracks and monitors the routing of all lease documents through the approval and execution process; provides monthly update status reports to the team; helps ensure the accurate and timely execution of lease contracts; and assists asset manager sin preparing lease documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare office building lease administration; proficiency with Microsoft Office products; and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Development Communications Specialist

This position writes, edits, and/or manages the creation of stewardship reports, acknowledgement letters, and other materials; oversees stewardship program development and strategy, implementation, and tracking; and writes, edits, and/or manages creation of other development publications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline; three to five years of direct experience in writing professionally; experience in research, grant, academic, or other fundraising writing; and prior healthcare experience.
