The stores’ employees shared their time and expertise, as part of Lowe’s Heroes, to help Hobart’s Run paint a residential rehab project in Pottstown.
Additionally, Lowe’s has provided the required materials and new appliances for the complete rehab of the home.

The proceeds from this will be used for other neighborhood improvement programming initiated by Hobart’s Run.
“Hobart’s Run truly appreciates all that Lowe’s has done to help us finish this project and enable a family to move in by the end of the year,” said Twila Fisher, director of community and economic development for Hobart’s Run.
Lowe’s manager John Burns said the work and the materials that were provided are part of the retailer’s mission to give back to their communities.
Hobart’s Run was connected to Lowe’s through Katie Scanlan, the coordinator for Pottstown CARES, a service collaboration between The Hill School and Pottstown School District students.
