Conshohocken-based Keystone Property Group has sold Sentry Park Four and Five, an office complex in Blue Bell, for $34 million to real-estate firm Hudson Equities, writes Katie Park for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Keystone purchased the Sentry Park complex as part of a larger acquisition from Mack-Cali Realty six years ago. Since then it has spent close to $5 million renovating the office buildings that total 196,273 square feet. The three-story buildings have 23 tenants who fill 93 percent of the property.

The sale to Hudson Equities was finalized on October 25.
