Six Montgomery County ZIP Codes are among the top 30 ZIP Codes in the Philadelphia area with the highest return on investment over the last decade, writes Kennedy Rose for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The entire greater Philadelphia is considered a very hot housing market with home prices climbing steadily in recent years.

According to Zillow, home values went up by 2.1 percent in just the last year, with the region’s median home sale price at $217,000.

Conshohocken ranked at No. 14 on the list, with a median home value of $323,100. This represents a ten year change of 30 percent or $74,300, putting Conshohocken’s ten year return on investment at 199 percent.

Next is Mont Clare at No. 22 with a ten-year ROI of 148 percent. King of Prussia follows at No. 26 with 123 percent ROI, followed by Bala Cynwyd at No. 28 with 120 percent ROI.

The list is rounded off by Plymouth Meeting at No. 29 and Bridgeport at No. 30 with ten-year ROI’s of 118 percent and 117 percent respectively.
