This position partners with new SEI businesses and platforms to define go-to-market approaches; develops marketing plans and programs to support new business launches; and engages with executives and other stakeholders to present work stream updates and align on strategic choices.
The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of eight years of related business experience, preferably with new and early-stage businesses; a minimum of four years of project management experience; and financial services and function-specific experience.

Solutions Director
This position plans, organizes, and controls an assigned service bundle from conceptual stages through product life cycles; oversees solution management personnel within the service bundle; and coordinates technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of ten years of related experience; knowledge of the investment processing front office space; experience in product sales presentations; and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Project Manager
This position manages all project components per specified requirements, including scope of work, schedule, quality, cost, and delivery constraints; organizes and facilitates all internal and external meetings necessary for project execution; and tracks, manages, and reports associated issues.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated project management knowledge and experience, including Agile/Scrum experience; a minimum of three years of experience with project implementation and/or professional services; and strong organizational and meeting facilitations skills.
