Estimating Process Manager

This position collaborates on continuous improvement of enterprise estimating tools, process, and procedures; collaborates with functional departments on process and system alignment; and ensures integrity of estimate lifecycle, quality of all estimates, and bid reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or construction; seven years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of construction and estimating practices; and experience with estimating software, B2W and Bluebeam.

Project Control II

This position collects, validates, tracks, and reviews financial information related to cost measurement, customer billings, and more; researches payable transaction issues and assists in implementing improvements; and works constructively with the client group and team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of two to five years of relevant experience; experience in accounting, contract administration, or project management; and working knowledge of financial tools and general accounting principles.

Contracts Manager

This position helps prepare, negotiate, and execute a variety of commercial contracts across all lines of business; provides contract and contract mitigation support to the legal department and insurance department; and assists the procurement group with subcontracts and vendor agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of experience negotiating and creating contracts; experience working for a national commercial construction company; and excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
