Tompkins VIST Bank  announced that it has made staff changes in the TriCounty area to enhance coverage in the market and increase business development.

Lisa Lightcap, of Pottstown, has joined the bank as the vice president of Commercial Banking and Relationship Manager serving the TriCounty area. Lightcap is responsible for providing conventional and SBA loans and other personalized banking solutions to business customers in the Pottstown and TriCounty areas.

Lightcap has 30 years of experience in the banking industry. She previously was employed by Victory Bank.

Lightcap is an active member of her Pottstown community where she serves as a board member of non-profit organizations. She is on the board for the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce, Foundation for Pottstown Education, Pottstown Rotary Club, Pottstown Area Industrial Development, and the Pottstown GoFourth.

Joe Cavallo, of Allentown, was made the assistant vice president Business Developer of the TriCounty area. His new responsibilities include growing business relationships.

Cavallo was a part of Tompkins VIST Bank for the last three years working as the manager of the Pottstown branch. He previously worked for the National Penn Bank, where he served customers in the Pottstown area. Cavallo enjoyed being able to serve his Pottstown community.

Caroline Buto is now the manager of the Pottstown Branch. Caroline will run both the Pottstown and Oaks branches. In her positions, she is responsible for managing the staff, growing relationships with area consumers and small businesses, and supporting the needs of the local community.

A resident of Pottstown, Buto has more than a decade of experience in financial services. She has managed the Oaks Branch Office for almost three years. In her previous work she was a community banking officer at Royal Bank, where she rose to the position of bank manager. She holds a bachelor of the arts degree from a college in Switzerland.

Buto is very active in the community, with an emphasis on programs for children, she has volunteered with Cradles to Crayons and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
