The Borough of Hatfield, Borough Council is proud to announce the selection of Mayor Robert L. Kaler III as the PSMA (Pennsylvania State Mayors’ Association) Mayor of
the Year for 2018.
Mayor Kaler was recognized at the PSMA annual conference in July at the Lancaster Marriott for his sixty years of service to the Borough of Hatfield.
