There is little solace when a loved one is lost, but perhaps having the person live on through a foundation bearing his or her name, doing good throughout the community, is as lasting a tribute as possible.

The Officer Brad Fox Foundation was established in honor of Warminster, PA, native, USMC Veteran, and fallen Plymouth Township Police Officer Brad Fox, who lost his life in the line of duty in 2012.

The Officer Brad Fox Foundation presented representatives from Mission 22 with a $10,000 check from proceeds raised at Brad Fox Day 2018.

“We are proud to provide important financial resources to our friends at Mission 22 so they can continue with their critical work,” Darren Meehan, Executive Director of the Officer Brad Fox Foundation, said. “Like us, Mission 22 is a non-profit organization focused on honoring and supporting the heroes within our communities and its deeply gratifying to us that we can support them and their work,” according to a recent press release.

“Working alongside Mission 22 Pennsylvania State Leader Megan Klingensmith and the entire Mission22 family has been a truly exceptional experience. Megan and team are the model partners you hope to find when providing assistance for our Veteran community,” Shawn Fichter, Veteran Affairs Coordinator for the Officer Brad Fox Foundation, said.

“Both the Officer Brad Fox Foundation and Mission 22 share a common desire to ensure Veterans have the necessary support systems in place to help with the transition from servicemember to civilian. This donation provides Mission22 the ability to expand its reach and support of Veterans in need,” Fichter said.

“It was a honor to spend the day in Warminster, PA and be a part of Brad Fox 2018 representing Mission 22. I could tell how much Brad and his years of dedication and service meant to the community. It was a honor to be asked to be apart of it,” Megan Klingensmith, Pennsylvania State Leader for Mission22, said.
