King of Prussia Mall to open three new eateries

(MONTCO.Today file photo) PRIET continues its commitment to social experiences, announcing the addition of Yard House to their list of tenants at Willow Grove Park.

Three new restaurants will open at the King of Prussia Mall, including outposts from the parent companies of The Capital Grille and Phoenix-based True Food Kitchen.

The King of Prussia Mall over the past few years has cultivated a robust list of food and beverage concepts, specifically in the 155,000-square-foot connector that in 2016 linked the Court and Plaza buildings, writes Kenneth Hilario in the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The King of Prussia outposts will be North Italia’s first expansion in Pennsylvania and and Eddie V’s first in the Philadelphia area. This will be Marketplace Eatery’s second spot in the tri-state region; the first is in the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City.

With Eddie V’s, Darden Restaurants expands its presence in King of Prussia. The brands the group owns that have outposts in the area are: The Capital Grille, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, and most recently Yard House, which opened in 2016 adjacent to new Outback Steakhouse.

This will be Fox Restaurant Concept’s second Philadelphia-area restaurant, and the first for the North Italia brand.

“With this being our first Pennsylvania location, it was important to find a spot that could introduce North to a large audience,” founder Sam Fox said.
