LCR Embedded Systems, along with employee Michael Rosenberger, took center stage in Gov. Tom Wolf's speech.

Michael Rosenberger’s climb through the ranks of his manufacturing job, without a college degree and beginning his employment as a janitor, was so inspirational that Governor Tom Wolf spoke of  the Norristown native’s experiences in his budget address to the Pennsylvania General Assembly h this week.

Wolf said “at LCR Embedded Systems in Norristown, there’s a man named Michael Rosenberger — who is here today — who works on the manufacturing line, servicing a major contract. Eight years ago, he would never have expected to be in that high-level advanced manufacturing position. He didn’t have a college degree, and he was working at the plant as a janitor,” said Wolf, wrote Evan Brandt in The Times Herald.
