The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board is excited to announce a partnership with SEPTA!

With 49 station stops, more than any other county in the Philadelphia suburbs – Bucks, Chester, and
Delaware – Montgomery County is second only to Philadelphia in SEPTA ridership share.

In an effort to bring more visitors to Montgomery County, together with SEPTA, we created ISEPTAMONTCO, a
campaign designed to promote how easy it is to get here on SEPTA!

In addition to providing trip planning tips and highlighting things to do, the ISEPTAMONTCO campaign
will also promote Perks – SEPTA’s customer loyalty program.

SEPTA customers with a valid SEPTA Key, TrailPass, TransPass, or One Day Independence Pass receive discounts to a growing list of Perks Partners. Many businesses in Montgomery County already offer a Perk – including the Hiway Theater in Jenkintown, Gypsy Blue in Ambler, the Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown and Robeks in Ardmore.

“Our organization is excited to partner with SEPTA to promote businesses and the wide range of things
to do throughout Montgomery County, PA,” said Edward Harris, Chief Marketing Officer at VFTCB. “The
ISEPTAPHILLY initiative has been a huge success and the opportunity to bring more awareness to our
Montco business community with new Perks is something we look forward to building with our
colleagues at SEPTA for many years to come.”

The goal of the partnership is to raise awareness about all of the great businesses throughout Montco
and their accessibility to SEPTA. The VFTCB has an all-time record number of member businesses in its
organization at 543, a percent increase over last year’s 476 members.

The campaign will be visible on the ISEPTAPHILLY and VFTCB websites, ISEPTAMONTCO.COM, social media, and billboards. The VFTCB’s brand-new mascot, Monty
the Fox, and SEPTA’s mascot, Paws, will be seen throughout the region as part of that marketing.
