Sisters Form Dynamic Duo at Capital Commercial Real Estate, Put Their Stamp on Main Line

Amy Yangello and Lisa Trout provide real estate advisory and transactional services for sellers, investors, and developers.

The commercial real estate market on the Main Line is scorching hot right now, with properties moving so quickly you’d think it was a game of Monopoly, and no one understands that climate better than Amy Yangello and Lisa Trout of the Newtown Square-based Capital Commercial Real Estate Group.

These sisters provide real estate advisory and transactional services for sellers, investors, and developers, and their impact on the commercial scene is being felt in Wayne, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Narberth, and beyond.

For 32 years now, both property and business owners have wisely been turning to the folks at CCRE for all of their commercial real estate needs. CCRE has completed more than $500 million in real estate transactions by bringing buyers and sellers together to create win-win scenarios.

Yangello, who has been in the industry since 2003, has a passion for creating a “marriage” between a buyer and a seller or a lessor and a lessee. She has implemented strategies for many clients, and strives for the highest level of client satisfaction.

Most importantly, however, she is committed to long-term relationships and evolving with her clients as their needs grow or change.

“Most of our business is from repeat customers and from their recommendations,” said Yangello. “I believe that’s a testament to the unparalleled customer service we provide our clients.”

Anyone who’s been involved in a real estate transaction, commercial or residential, knows that, for the uninitiated, it can be more complex than a course in quantum physics. Which is why it’s important to have agents like Yangello and Trout navigating you through the process.

“We’re very proud of the reputation we’ve acquired of being honest and trustworthy,” said Trout. “Our clients come to us knowing we have their best interests in mind.”

Trout’s enthusiasm for her career is contagious, and her tremendous capacity to listen and understand has been lauded by both colleagues and clients.

Together, Yangello and Trout develop and execute a strategy to achieve their clients’ goals and mitigate risks by making timely and intelligent investment decisions.

“Working with Amy and Lisa was an absolute pleasure,” said Ellen Trachtenberg, owner of the Narberth Bookshop. “They were consistently responsive and very helpful in the process of signing a lease.”

A local property owner also said that “Amy and Lisa are a dynamic team who brought tremendous energy and professionalism to our search for tenants. They were thorough, diligent, and responded immediately to any request.”

Indeed, Yangello and Trout leave no stone unturned and are prepared for the inevitable curveballs that the industry throws their way.
