“Dr. DiMattio is a seasoned administrator who has built strong connections with business and industry in the county as dean of the STEM Division and as vice president of the West Campus,” Pollock said. “This reorganization further emphasizes the college’s investment in Workforce Development and elevates the visibility of those efforts within the college, to the county, and to our external business constituents with whom we are partnering.”

DiMattio, who has served as vice president for the West Campus since May 2016, will continue to build relationships in the Pottstown community and across the county in this new role.

The Workforce Development department at MCCC offers a variety of Fast-Track to Employment programs that can be completed in less than a year and are designed for individuals looking to transition to a new industry or career with family-sustaining wages.
