Pottstown’s Diamond Credit Union is using Vidyo‘s video conferencing to provide a convenient, time saving face to face meeting option for its members.

Vidyo’s real time video service allows Diamond Credit Union members in Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties to quickly and efficiently connect with experts throughout the Credit Union.

The goal of the new program is to enhance the experience of its members by recreating the standard in-person meeting at a branch through face to face video communication.

Members can use the video collaboration in a number of ways. These include connecting to the in-branch “Loan Zone” for a video meeting with Diamond Credit Union’s centralized group of loan experts.

Once connected, a member can easily apply for a loan and use Vidyo’s content sharing feature that allows both parties to review the relevant documents in real time.

“Video collaboration is central to our delivering on the core value of unity with our members,” said Diamond Credit Union Vice President and Chief Information Officer James Daly.

“The overall feedback since our launch of Vidyo has been outstanding; the platform is simple to use for our members, employees and partners, humanizing our relationships across the board.”
